Concierge Therapy

You’ve tried traditional therapy and need something different.

Concierge Therapy is a more intensive, convenient and highly tailored service, as compared to traditional psychotherapy. This path offers high-level support with flexible scheduling, a variety of modalities, and access to Nira 24/7.

We’ll co-create a plan that meets your therapy and overall life goals, and establish what combination of services would be suit you.

What’s included:

  • 8, 10 or 12 hours/month for sessions that can be psychotherapy, intensive psychotherapy (90-120 minute sessions) coaching, personalized yoga, personalized meditation, or sound bath healing. You have the flexibility to choose how to split your time.

  • Access to Nira via email, text, and a confidential shared journal space where you’ll get comments, feedback, and tools directly addressing your messages/journal entries. (Response time is within 3 hours during the week and 12 hours during the weekend).

  • Flexible scheduling and more availability offered than traditional therapy slots.

  • In-person sessions in Los Angeles. Office locations include Beverly Hills, Echo Park, and Pasadena, while in-home visits are also included (additional charge).

  • Weekly check-ins and reminders via voice message, email and/or text.

  • Personalized toolbox of resources, practices, and guides.

  • Personalized referrals for holistic services including but not limited to Ayurvedic consultation, clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR, psychiatric care, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy.

Investment levels:

  • 8 hours of services/month - $2200

  • 10 hours of services/month - $2650

  • 12 hours of services/month - $3100

Because Concierge services are the highest level of care, insurance and superbills are not accepted.
